Is it safe for children?
Absolutely. The Senda del Oso is a paved greenway, car-free and virtually flat or downhill. Little ones ride in a trailer and children over 6-7 can pedal on their own without any problem.
Do I need experience?
No. The route is gently downhill, paved and car-free. If you can keep your balance on a bike, you can do it. It's a family outing, not road cycling.
What if it rains?
If heavy rain is forecast, we'll let you know and reschedule at no cost. With light drizzle, the route is perfectly doable — it's Asturias.
Where do I park my car?
Free parking in Entrago (Teverga), right next to the starting point. When we confirm your booking, we'll send you the exact location with a Google Maps link.
Can I cancel?

Bike rental on the Senda del Oso

The Senda del Oso is the most famous greenway in Asturias. The star bike section is the descent from Entrago to Buyera: 18 km downhill along the Teverga branch, passing century-old tunnels and the brown bear enclosure.

Our service includes a bike (mountain or electric), helmet, map and van pickup at the end in Buyera to drive you back to your car at Entrago. We have child trailers, baby seats and dog trailers available.
